  • Capacity Development of Monrovia City Council (MCC), Liberia. ODC consultant provided Technical Assistance (TA) as the International Organisational Consultant for the Emergency Monrovia Urban Sanitation Project (EMUS), funded by World Bank to implement the recommendation of an organisational audit carried out by MCC. The assignment was for 7 months spread over a period of 12 months between January 2011 – January 2012


  • Comprehensive Review and Needs Assessment for Capacity Building of NGOs in Asia and the Pacific Region, Phase 1, for International Council on Management of Population Programmes (ICOMP) based in Malaysia. Scanned and mapped the NGOs working in Reproductive Health, Population and Development and Prevention of HIV and AIDS in Bangladesh, Pakistan and Nepal in order to identify the successes, gaps and capacity building needs. This initiative was part of the UNFPA’s NGO strategies for Asia and the Pacific. November 2010 – March 2011
  • Experience sharing and participatory monitoring methodology workshop for Deutscher Entwicklungsdienst (DED). The participatory monitoring method supported the Technical Advisors to develop their capacity in the field through regular meetings with a purpose to exchange experiences and to share knowledge.   • Work Performance Enhancement Programme (WPEP) For Staff of World Food Programme Nepal (WFP). January 2010


  • Cross-Cultural Orientation and Preparatory Support Package for Visiting (Expatriate) Consultants of Fornebu Consulting Norway. This programme aimed at making the consultants and the local partners aware of the sensitivity of the cultural diversity of Nepal and the communities they would be exposed to. This programme also aimed to support the consultants to gain an understanding and respect of the cultural differences between the consultants and the people they would work with and those they would come in contact with during their stay in Nepal. An eight month long learning programme which entailed facilitation of face to face learning workshop in Hanoi and responsibility for coaching (online, telephone and country visits) a group of 8 SNV advisors (out of 16 learning members) from four different regional country offices (Vietnam, Laos, Bhutan and Nepal) to improve their advisory practice.   • Dialogue, Negotiation and Mediation Competencies Development Programme for managers and senior field staff of IFSP/GTZ – focusing on developing dialogue and negotiations skills. September 2002


  • Managing Organisation Transformation (MOT) for Inland Revenue Department (IRD). The programme was designed for Director General, Deputy Director Generals, Directors, Chief Tax Administrators, Chief Tax Officers, managers and selected staff to assist them to develop new approaches to people management and develop Organisation Development skills to help them deal with changes being result of the merger of VAT and Income Tax Departments. August 2001 – April 2002
